TWISTED SISTER Frontman To Appear At Breast Cancer Awareness Fundraiser

May 4, 2006

TWISTED SISTER frontman Dee Snider will be appearing at the Ronkonkoma post office on Long Island on Saturday, May 13 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon for their Breast Cancer Awareness fundraiser event promoting the Breast Cancer Awareness Stamp. Snider will be signing autographs with the purchase of the stamps.

As previously reported, Snider will take part in a video shoot for TWISTED SISTER guitarist Eddie Ojeda's cover of the BEATLES classic "Eleanor Rigby" today (Thursday, May 4). Snider was responsible for laying down the lead vocal tracks for the song on Ojeda's recently released solo album, "Axes 2 Axes". The location of the shoot is the castle on Sands Point Preserve on Long Island, New York that hosted Snider's 50th surprise birthday bash last year.
